COLONEL RETIRED US ARMY KONRAD B. LANGLIE
Colonel Langlie served in the US military in active and reserve assignments for forty three years, with ten years overseas service, primarily in conflict areas and with the New York State Office of the Attorney General for thirty seven years as a staff attorney, litigator and appellate attorney. In addition Colonel Langlie was assigned as an international law advisor to the United Nations Temporary Administration of East Slavonia, Western Sirmium and the Baranja, the last Serbian held enclave in Croatia.
